Owner/Operator Shane Coursen background: 1986-1990, Field Service Technician for Entre' Computer Center and NYNEX Business Center. 1990-1992 Quality Assurance Engineer testing ftp and tcp/ip protocol stacks in DOS, UNIX, VAX/VMS environment. From 1992 to 1996, Coursen worked at Symantec Corporation as an Associate Software Engineer, then held senior-level antivirus research positions at Dr. Solomon's Software, a.k.a. McAfee, Trend, Fortinet and Kaspersky Lab between 1996 and 2002. Shane was also maintainer of The WildList between 1995 and 2002. In 2008 Coursen started Let's Talk Graphics. Coursen has been featured in Fast Company Magazine, the Los Angeles Times newspaper, is an accomplished technical writer and has been quoted often by press media.
