A website is an investment that can grow in value. But just building a great website doesn't mean that people will know that it exists. Unless large amounts of money are budgeted for "paid SEO" (search engine optimization), it takes time for a website to grow organically and gain rank in search engines.

Our development process

Discovery: Let’s Talk Graphics collects information from the Client; what the Client wants from the website, who the website's target audience is, what the website should look like; it's framework, colors, themes, if it is an e-commerce website; other unique requirements. Discovery is handled in a meeting at the client’s site and usually takes no longer than an hour.

Development cycle: Let's Talk Graphics assists Client to meet domain name and hosting requirements, if necessary. At the same time we collect as much website content and graphic material as the client has to offer. Based on input during the discovery meeting we create an appropriate website framework and any database elements. Depending on the complexity of the website and how quickly domain name registration and hosting plan requirements are met, initial development cycle takes between 4-7 days.

Review cycle: By this time domain name and hosting plan requirements have been met. The Client is given a blind URL address to their unpublished website and can review it at their convenience. This is a good time to get involved and make “course correction” suggestions; suggestions that affect graphic and content elements of the website. This cycle usually takes between 4-7 days.

Go live: The client makes the final decision when the website will “go live” and be made available to the general public.

Website maintenance: In combination with the ability to self-maintain, most clients require no more than an hour or two of website maintenance each month.
